OES's article "What do you monitor to ensure quality?" was initially published in "TPJ - The Tube & Pipe Journal" in April 2006. It has since been reprinted (with permission) by the "Australian Manufacturing Technology" magazine and soon also (with permission) by "QSPS" (Quality and Productivity Society of Pakistan) in their upcomping "Quest for Excellence" magazine.
